Community Guidelines
AudioShrimp is built for music, creators, listeners, and legitimate creative communities. These rules apply to profiles, audio, clips, posts, comments, events, merchandise, Talk, and other AudioShrimp features.
1. Respect other people
Do not use AudioShrimp for credible threats, targeted harassment, stalking, doxxing, or coordinated abuse.
2. Do not impersonate
Do not falsely represent yourself as another artist, person, company, label, organization, or rights holder.
3. Upload only what you have rights to use
Do not upload or distribute music, artwork, video, photographs, recordings, samples, trademarks, or other protected material without the necessary rights or permission.
4. No fraud or scams
Do not use AudioShrimp for fraudulent sales, fake events, deceptive offers, phishing, payment fraud, identity theft, or other scams.
5. No malware or platform attacks
Do not distribute malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, abuse APIs, bypass security controls, scrape protected information, interfere with processing, or exploit vulnerabilities.
6. Do not manipulate metrics
Do not artificially inflate plays, views, likes, comments, reposts, followers, clicks, analytics, reservations, purchases, or other platform measurements.
7. Illegal content and activity
Do not use AudioShrimp to facilitate unlawful activity or distribute content whose possession or distribution is unlawful.
8. Reporting
AudioShrimp provides reporting tools on supported content and profiles. Reports should be submitted in good faith. Knowingly abusing reporting systems may itself result in account action.
9. Enforcement
Depending on severity, context, history, and risk, AudioShrimp may remove content, restrict features, issue warnings, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or refer matters to appropriate authorities when legally necessary.
