Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of AudioShrimp. The service is currently operating as a private Beta and may change substantially.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use AudioShrimp only in compliance with applicable law. AudioShrimp is not intended for children under 13.
2. Private Beta access
Beta access may be invitation-only. Access may be limited, suspended, changed, or discontinued while AudioShrimp tests features, security, capacity, and product behavior.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you own. When you upload, post, display, distribute, stream, or otherwise provide content through AudioShrimp, you give AudioShrimp the permissions reasonably necessary to host, store, process, reproduce, transcode, display, transmit, distribute, and make the content available through the service according to the features you use.
4. Rights you must have
You may upload or distribute content only when you have the rights, licenses, and permissions required to do so. This includes music, recordings, compositions, artwork, video, photographs, trademarks, samples, names, likenesses, and other protected material.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not use AudioShrimp to violate law, infringe intellectual-property rights, impersonate others, distribute malware, exploit security vulnerabilities, interfere with the service, manipulate platform metrics, commit fraud, threaten others, or engage in prohibited conduct described in the Community Guidelines.
6. Moderation
AudioShrimp may investigate reports and may remove or restrict content, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect the service.
7. Copyright
AudioShrimp does not authorize copyright infringement. Users must have the necessary rights to content they upload. AudioShrimp may remove or restrict material in response to a valid copyright complaint and may take action against repeat infringement.
8. Purchases and commerce
Commerce features may be unavailable during the private Beta. If purchasing, ticketing, merchandise, donations, or creator payments become available, additional transaction terms may apply.
9. Beta availability
Beta software may contain errors, interruptions, incomplete functionality, or data-processing changes. AudioShrimp does not promise uninterrupted or error-free Beta operation.
10. No professional advice
Information available through AudioShrimp is not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice.
11. Termination
You may stop using AudioShrimp and may use available account deletion controls. AudioShrimp may suspend or terminate access for rule violations, security risks, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the Beta.
12. Changes
These Terms may change as the Beta evolves. Continued use after updated Terms take effect may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent through AudioShrimp's official support or contact channel when available.
